In this campaign, Menassat Developments launched an Out-of-Home with the marketing objective of promoting Podia Towers, which is located in the new administrative capital in the most anticipated real estate an event in Egypt, Urban landscape. The creative element on the billboards features various elements with a call to action to attend the event. The first thing that captures the attention of the billboard viewer is the exclusive Podia Tower offer to those attending the event. This is evident because the background of the text is red, which elicits a sense of excitement. The second is an image of the architectural masterpiece while adding a label on the image to help viewers interpret that the image is Podia Tower. The third element is the years of experience of Menassat, the type of real estate spaces offered, the Cityscape logo, the dates of availability, the location, and finally, the logo of Menassat Developments and their hotline. Not to mention the texts on a blue background to reinforce the feeling of loyalty that Menassat has towards its customers.
